Om jou te begeleiden naar een leven waarin jij je tijd en energie (thuis en op je werk) verdeelt op een manier die bij jou past, met meer rust, vitaliteit, veerkracht en balans. In een leven in balans is er harmonie tussen inspanning en ontspanning, hoofd en hart, werk en priv\u00e9, zorgen voor anderen en zorgen voor jezelf, aanpassen en grenzen stellen. Leven vanuit je innerlijke kompas.<\/p><p>Mijn kernspecialisatie is stress- en burn-outcoaching.<\/p><p>Ik ben zelf ervaringsdeskundige als het gaat om balans. Een combinatie van enthousiasme, brede interesses, uitdagingen aangaan, analytisch denken \u00e9n sensitiviteit maakte dat ik al jong op zoek ging naar manieren om in balans te blijven, en balans te herstellen wanneer het leven mij tijdelijk uit evenwicht bracht. Ik werk daarom niet alleen vanuit theorie, maar ook vanuit doorleefde ervaring.<\/p><p>Mijn benadering voor gezondheid en welzijn is holistisch. Ik kijk zodoende naar de mens in zijn geheel en naar de verbondenheid en balans op vier dimensies: lijf (fysiek), hoofd (mentaal), hart (emotioneel) en ziel (wie je in de kern bent).<\/p><p>Ik geloof dat iedereen het vermogen heeft om opnieuw richting te vinden en keuzes te maken die echt goed voelen. Met levenslust en werkplezier. Soms heb je iemand nodig die tijdelijk met je oploopt: wel zelf doen, maar niet alleen. We gaan naar de kern. Als je begrijpt waarom je doet wat je doet, ontstaat er ruimte voor nieuwe keuzes. Vanuit bewuster zijn volgt bewust doen: je gaat anders handelen, passend bij wie jij bent. Je hervindt jezelf, bent stress de baas, behoudt je energie en stuurt je brein.
