Vaak zijn er al een lange tijd signalen waaraan voorbij is gegaan. Vaak vanuit een hoog verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel, moeite met grenzen aangeven, het overal goed willen doen en te veel ballen hebben om in de lucht te houden.<\/p><p>Als je te lang te weinig rust krijgt, dan groeit een hersteltekort in je lichaam. Zo teer je in op je vitaliteit en merk je dat je steeds meer verschillende mentale en\/of fysieke klachten kunt krijgen zoals bijvoorbeeld vermoeidheid, slecht slapen, hoofdpijn, nekklachten, concentratieproblemen, overprikkeld zijn, vergeetachtigheid, emotioneler zijn en misschien zelfs wel minder ruimte maken voor sociale contacten of sporten.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div Vaak zijn er al een lange tijd signalen waaraan voorbij is gegaan. Vaak vanuit een hoog verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel, moeite met grenzen aangeven, het overal goed willen doen en te veel ballen hebben om in de lucht te houden.<\/p><p>Als je te lang te weinig rust krijgt, dan groeit een hersteltekort in je lichaam. Stress kan ook voortkomen uit onderbelasting. Dan spreken we van een bore-out en zien we signalen zoals intense verveling, lusteloosheid, concentratiemoeite en een gevoel van nutteloosheid.<\/p><p>Coaching kan jou nu helpen om een gez\u00f3nde pas op de plaats te maken.
